I went jogging ytd . (Finally)
Effective thing is , when i was jogging half way through , my bowel went wrong . haha
So i only jogged one round && went home to clear it . hahaha .
Funny thing is , i am perspiring like mad while shitting . HAHAHHA
New experience , not bad  . 

Today , i went to buy lens , hougang mall > ntuc , library etc etc , then centre , home-d .
I bought my campbell  creamy mushroom soup . Yummy .

Had bread for breakfast and duo hua for lunch .
